Onboarding
Setup was one of the hardest problems. I led the design of the onboarding flow — guiding users through connecting devices, mapping inputs, and pairing the remote in a way that felt approachable without requiring a manual. Getting first-run right was critical to retention and reducing support load.
Watch Experience
I designed the Watch experience — the core TV UI users see when browsing and selecting content. The goal was a unified guide that understood what services and devices you had, surfaced the right content at the right time, and made it feel like everything just worked together.
Store
I also led the in-product Store experience, giving users a way to discover and add new channels and apps directly from the TV — extending the platform without requiring a phone or laptop.
